Grow a Tree - Focus ("the App") respects your privacy. We prioritize data minimization and on-device processing.

1. Data Collection & Local Processing The core functionality of the App (timers, growing trees, focus statistics) functions locally on your device. All progress data (unlocked trees, fertilizer count) is stored securely on your device or synced via your personal iCloud.

2. Analytics To improve the App, fix bugs, and understand how our features are being used, we use Google Firebase Analytics to collect basic, anonymous usage statistics (such as app launches, screens viewed, or generic button taps). This data is completely anonymous, is not linked to your personal identity, and is never used for advertising or cross-app tracking.

3. Screen Time API (Family Controls) Access to the Family Controls entitlement and Screen Time API is used solelyto:

• Allow you to voluntarily select specific apps and websites to block.
• Enforce the restrictions you have set during a focus session.
• Prevent app removal (Strict Mode) if you choose to enable this feature. Important: Your list of blocked apps and your usage history remain strictly on your device. We (the developer) have no technical access to see which apps you use or block, and this information is never tracked by our analytics.

4. Game Center (Ranking) The App offers an optional Ranking feature powered by Apple’s Game Center.

• If you choose to participate in the leaderboard, your score (based on unlocked trees and "rebirths") will be transmitted to Apple’s Game Center services.
• Your Game Center nickname and score may be visible to other players. This data processing is governed by Apple’s Privacy Policy.

5. In-App Purchases The App offers optional subscriptions or one-time purchases ("Pro Mode").

• All financial transactions are processed securely by Apple via the App Store.
• We do not have access to your credit card information or billing details.
• We only receive an anonymous receipt token to validate the purchase and unlock premium features.
